Not long ago this Eastern Avenue corner in historic Linwood housed a non-descript machine shop and before that a service station.  But now, due to the imagination and artistic vision of popular hair designer Shane Weber, this quiet corner has been transformed into what Cincinnati Enquirer’s John Eckberg described as, “the coolest salon in the City.”

The once shoddy exterior has been updated and landscaped, adding a splash of sophisticated color to the neighborhood.  The dreary garage door has been replaced and windows added to welcome natural light into the salon. As weather permits, the door is thrown open, blending the outdoors with the interior space. The trendy interior is as fun as it is comfortable.  Eclectic features, recalling the building’s industrial roots, have been incorporated into the design. New Craftsman tool chests hold blow dryers and curling irons; exposed beams and industrial lighting complement state of the art salon elements.
